Web Weaver
This is a prototype of a spider made in Unity. The main mechanic in this prototype is web spinning. I imagined the spider had caught some prey in its web, and is going around its web and spinning its food up (think LoTR spider). I sought to capture a creepy yet playful aesthetic from the prototyped mechanic.
Bad Pet
This is a game prototype I did, centered on the theme of "bad pet". In the game, players will have to complete household chores while making sure their pet monkey doesn't run off and jump on the bed. In the prototype, players just need to stand in front of the chore area to complete it. If they look away from the monkey, it will run off to the bed.
One Button
This is a challenge prototype I did for a class. I was restricted to making a game prototype with one button. The speed of the car is controlled using the mouse scroll wheel. If players go too slow (indicated by the red line on the right UI bar), the car will explode (indicated by the bottom UI bar). The player must dodge the fireballs by adjusting the speed of the car. With more time, I would have chosen a better obstacle. I feel that the fireballs are a bit out of place and their placement is not well balanced.
